Our shredders provide Level 2 security shredding. 

We provide locked bins free of charge, which are located strategically throughout your office. Each bin is fitted with a plastic security seal with a serial number, for security purposes as well as identifying each bin. Only the designated contact at Outsourced Solutions will have a key to access the bins.

No sorting Is needed, you do not even have to remove the paper clips, staples of binder clips. 

At the end of every shred, a destruction certificate is issued to every client assuring them that their material has been destroyed

The shredded documents are transferred to a recycling facility, where they return to the market in the form of items such as recycled household paper products. 

This depends on the individual organization and the amount of sensitive information they produce. This will be determined prior to the launch of the shredding service. You may require shredding every day, once a week, once a month or once a year. Should your service needs ever change, the frequency can be modified to meet your requirements. 

Just call us and we would be happy to schedule additional collections. Also, if you find that you are filling your bins before the next collection date, we can provide you with more bins or increase the collection frequency to maintain the security and simplify your life.

Yes. All the bins collected get locked into a secure caged environment within an access-controlled warehouse, where all shredding takes place under 24hr CCTV (Closed Circuit Television Surveillance) surveillance.
